The Rulebooks on Internal Court Operations
The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) enacted the Rulebook on Internal Court Operations (Official Gazette of BiH Nos. 66/12, 40/14, 54/17, 60/17, 30/18, 83/22, and 1/23). The Rulebook regulates the organization and manner of internal operations of municipal and cantonal courts, the Basic and Appellate Courts of the Brčko District of BiH, the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other matters significant for the internal functioning of the courts.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republika Srpska enacted the Rulebook on Internal Court Operations (Official Gazette of RS Nos. 9/14, 71/17, 67/18, and 6/19). The Rulebook regulates the organization and manner of internal operations of basic, district, district commercial, the Higher Commercial Court, and the Supreme Court of the Republika Srpska, as well as other matters significant for internal court operations.
The application of the Rulebooks on Internal Court Operations ensures the orderly and timely performance of judicial administration, case management, and other tasks important for the internal functioning of courts.
